One 28 Bay puts the hip in Highlands with its classic downtown style restaurant and bar. Walking in the front door to the left is a stunning 35 foot all wood bar and to the right a cozy dining area. Continue up the stairs to a landing which will feature a comfy seating area that will transform to the entertainment area on weekends, (and some weekdays in the Summer). A few more steps and you’re in the warm and inviting main dining room, which will serve dinner for 60 and up to 75 for private parties. The exciting new continental menu will feature steaks, seafood, chicken and pasta at affordable prices. Owner/Manager Dick Walker wants One 28 Bay to bring in old friends, new friends and friends he has not met yet.
