Broccoli Rabe with Fennel Sausage

2 broccoli rabe
2 lb fennel sausage
1 lb orecchiette pasta
Fresh garlic
Black pepper
Red Pepper
Sherry wine
Good olive oil

Blanch broccoli rabe (ice, and put aside). Remove sausage from casing. Brown sausage with a bit of sherry. Combine broccoli rabe, sausage, garlic, red pepper, black pepper and olive oil and sauté. Boil pasta, toss with broccoli/sausage mixture and serve immediately.
