This fabulous series of Bring-Your-Own tasting dinners will be held in a private setting at some of our area’s top rated restaurants. Each venue will prepare unique dishes that you will not find on their regular menu and will be the perfect compliment to your best bottles of wine. With only 60 seats available for each dinner, you, your family and your friends can reserve one of the hottest tables in town.

	Thyme Square - Red Bank This wonderful Mediterranean cuisine hot spot in Red Bank hosted a packed house! The evening was sold-out well in advance & diners enjoyed fabulous food, a vibrant atmosphere and inspired wine pairings!732.450.1001

	Kanji - Tinton Falls WOW -- every guest in attendance unanimously concluded that Japanese Master Chef Roger Yang's 13-dish menu greatly exceeded all expectation & delivered the most sumptuous array of house specialties. Kanji's exclusive & truly exceptional rare Abalone was a particular standout amid the crowd and the Filet Mignon, Oyster Shooters & delectable frozen Japanese confections were not to be missed! Everyone especially enjoyed the opportunity to pair their BYO sakes, beer, fine whites (such as Riesling, Gewurztraminer & Sauvignon Blanc) and even a few red wine favorites like Pinot Noir with each course.
