MAKING THE GRADE
While a positive review in Zagat Survey is not the only way
to judge the success and quality of a restaurant, it is a good
indication that both the owner and the chef are doing something
right. Here in Making the Grade we’re highlighting local places
that received a great score for their fine culinary efforts.
The restaurants below have received a Zagat rating for the food category only of 20 points or more which, according to the guide, makes them “Excellent to Extraordinary” choices for great food.
